Hey all - Suzanne mentioned she wasn't going to be able to make the Oakwood drum & dance festival the first weekend of August (tear - Oakwood is where I first saw Gaiananda and bellydance and fell in love). Anyway - I was just wondering if anyone was going to make it this year? - I'm still looking for reason with which to convince my husband that we HAVE to go. I spoke with Steve almost two months ago to let him I would not be able to do the Tribal workshops and our performance this year so I am not sure why we are on their flyer. It was probably just carried over info from the previous years. I will email them to make sure they know I shouldn't be on their flyer. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I hope you get to go again this year. I always look forward to going and this will be my first time in 11 years that I won't be attendind. David may still go too.
