Hey!

Thank you again for being a batch of not just amazing musicians and dancers but great people too! I had an AMAZING time playing with you all on stage (all weekend) and playing afterparty and even after-after parties (all weekend).

Rock on!

    Carmine,

From the moment we landed at Tribal Revolution ("you have a hafla rehearsal in 30 minutes") it was non-stop music making. As Greg, our violinist said, we were thrown in the fire with you, Melissa and August and though a belly tingling stretch at times it felt GREAT! Learning so much new material, it was truly a wonderful and exhilarating experience. Yes, from the morning workshops to the "after-after parties" going till everyone, dancer and musician alike were exhausted, that's truly the spirit that filled us with inspiration on the way home to fuel a million new ideas of where to take all of this.

Loved your Oud work and gutsy solos on stage, your encouraging looks as a solo was tossed our way and your folly trying to teach me a ten rhythm while playing to die-hard dancers at 2am in the morning..."i tried <g>I should have gone back to my flute then.

May our paths cross again soon.

    Mark for Gaiananda
